Gîte for 4 people rented by the week in the wooded and flowery park of the Manoir de Dur-Écu (16th century, listed as a historic monument, open to the public in summer).

No overnight or weekend rentals. 5 days minimum out of season, 1 week in season.

Built in a mill that dates from 1808. You are in a rural location and therefore potentially allergenic.

Ecological and efficient heating, by geothermal energy and radiators. Very comfortable ! For fun we have added a wood burning stove.

At the top of a staircase: 2 separate bedrooms, 1 with a 140cm double bed + 1  with 2 110 beds. Access to the double bedroom via the twin bedroom. Sheets, towels and duvets provided.
(Steep inner staircase : Child protection is provided).
 

On the ground floor:
Living room with 3 windows on the sea,  Flat Internet TV,  High speed Internet (fiber). Sofa bed for 2 people.

Bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

Equipped kitchen, combi oven (35cm x 35 x 22 interior) microwave and classic, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment.
Nespresso machine (with 15 capsules offered).

Water, electricity and heating: The price includes water and an electricity package up to a limit of 8 kwh/night paid. Additional kWh are payable at the rate of €0.20/kWh. Heating by hot water radiators included. Wood for the stove not provided.
