You are in a rural environment and therefore potentially allergenic. Access by about forty steps. Due to the steep environment, this site is potentially dangerous. No accidents have been reported since the opening 20 years ago, but be careful not to stray from the path and exercise the same vigilance as if you were in the mountains (yes, yes !).
Duplex. Upstairs, via spiral staircase, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 + child's bed in the alcove separated by curtain. Linen provided. Adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. Very private 5 sq.m. balcony.

On the ground floor: Living room, Internet TV. Sofa.
Equipped kitchen, combi microwave and conventional oven, washing machine, coffee machine. Nespresso machine (with 15 capsules offered).
Terrace facing the sea, with garden furniture. Car park.

Water, Electricity, Heating: The price includes water and an electricity package up to a limit of 8 kWh per night paid, additional kWh being paid at the rate of €0.20/kWh. Ecological and efficient heating, by geothermal energy and radiators. Very comfortable ! For fun we have added a wood burning stove. Hot water radiator heating is included. Wood for the stove is not provided.
